Tax Receipt

Generate CRA-compliant tax receipts for your donors.

Overview​

Tax receipts are automatically generated PDFs that donors can use for tax purposes. They include all required CRA information.

How to Generate a Receipt​

From Donor Profile​

  1. Go to the donor's profile page
  2. Click "Generate Tax Receipt"
  3. Select the tax year
  4. The receipt will be generated as a PDF
  5. Download or email the receipt

Bulk Generation​

  1. Go to Tax Receipts page
  2. Select donors and year
  3. Click "Generate Receipts"
  4. Download all receipts

Receipt Information​

Receipts include:

  • Donor name and address
  • Organization information
  • Donation amounts
  • Receipt number
  • Tax year
  • CRA registration number
