Tracking Pledge Payments

Pledge Management

Track payments made toward pledges and monitor pledge status.

How Payments Are Tracked​

When you record a donation linked to a pledge:

  1. Create the donation as usual
  2. Select the pledge from "Link to Pledge"
  3. The system automatically updates the pledge

Pledge Status​

Pledges show:

  • Total Pledged - Full commitment amount
  • Total Paid - Amount received so far
  • Remaining - Amount still owed
  • Next Payment Date - When next payment is due
  • Status - On time, overdue, or completed

Viewing Pledge Payments​

  1. Go to the pledge details
  2. See all payments made
  3. View payment history
  4. Check remaining balance
