Email Communications

View history of all emails sent through DonorLog.

Accessing Email Logs​

  1. Go to a donor's profile
  2. Look for "Email History" section
  3. See all emails sent to that donor

Log Information​

Each log entry shows:

  • Date sent
  • Email type
  • Status (sent/failed)
  • Subject line
